US Navy Ships

Updated 14-JAN-06

One of the interesting things to see at Layne's Hospitality Home in San Diego were the photographs on the wall of the "Rumpus Room."  Although we don't know the whereabouts of those particular framed photos, we present for your examination some photos we found on the Internet.  Howard Marshall served aboard the USS Tucker for his first shipboard experience, and his longest stretch of service was aboard the USS Piedmont.
